RETURNS:

Because these items are hand crafted especially for you, Diana Classic Children cannot accept retuns of made to order items. All sales are final. Orders may not be returned unless an error on our part has been made.   Freight damages must be reported immediately. All cartons and packaging materials must be retained for inspection by carrier. Damaged merchandise will receive priority attention and be replaced as soon as possible.
